Terms and Conditions All the terms and conditions for promotions at Brothers Sports Club, are readily available. If you happen to be at Brothers and are curious about how a promotion works, you can simply ask one of our staff for the Terms and Conditions available at Reception. Listed below is a rundown on some of our current promotions and the terms and conditions that govern them............................................ DEALS ON WHEELS TERMS AND CONDITIONS As at 17th AUGUST 2007 The “DEALS ON WHEELS” promotion will be held at Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg, 130 Takalvan Street Bundaberg.
To be eligible you must be member of Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg. Employees of Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg are not eligible to enter the draw. Patrons will be eligible to enter the draw from Friday 17th AUGUST 2007 at 9AM. Every day from 9am every time a member who has inserted their card into a poker machine will receive one entry into the DAILY DRAW for every $2 they accumulate in wins. There will be one DAILY DRAW every hour on the hour between 10am and 1.00am. The first DAILY DRAW will be held at 10am on Friday 17th AUGUST 2007. The first person drawn from the daily drawn barrel that is present at each DAILY DRAW shall gain an entry into the MONTHLY DRAW. MONTHLY DRAWS shall be held at 8:30pm on the following dates: August 31st, September 28th, October 26th, November 30th, December 28th, New Years Eve 31st December, January 18th, 2008. In the case of the New Years Eve draw, all hourly winners for December will have a double chance to win with the draws on December 28th and December 31st. At each MONTHLY DRAW the first three people drawn who are present will be declared the winners of the MONTHLY DRAW. The following three prizes will be offered to the winners of the MONTHLY DRAW in the order in which they were drawn from the barrel.
In the case of all DAILY DRAWS and MONTHLY DRAWS, the member drawn must be present to be eligible to collect a prize. If for some reason they are not present at the time of the draw, another member number will be drawn and so on until a member is present. In the case of the MAJOR DRAW, the entrant by written correspondence may elect another individual to represent them on the day of the draw if they are unable to attend the draw. The MAJOR DRAW held on January 18th, 2008. Where the seven final entrants Will have the chance to win a Ford XR 6 Ute with 2 Motorbikes and a Jet-Ski or a White goods package or a Home Entertainment package or one of four $500 cash prizes. Demonstration items and accessories used during this promotion are not included in prizes. At the conclusion of selection, four winners will have $500 each the other three winners will have a ? Mark in there box, they will then select one of three keys(in order of monthly winners) which will open a lock to either the Ford XR6 package or the White goods package or the Home entertainment package. Whichever key holder who opens the lock to each package will be declared the winner of that package. The winning results will not be published. GIMME MONEY PROMOTION Terms and Conditions As at 12/12/06 The Gimme Money Promotion will be conducted by brothers Sports Club, Bundaberg, 130 Takalvan street. To be eligible, you must be a Brothers Just Rewards Member and be playing a gaming machine between 12pm and 2pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Patrons will go into the draw for Gimme Money by playing a machine with their membership card inserted in the machine. Every $2 win gives them an entry into the draws. Gimme Money Draws will be held at 12.40, 12.50, 1.10, 1.20, 1.30, 1.40 and 1.50. Patrons will be drawn out of the barrel to have the chance to spin the Gimme Money Wheel. The major cash prize on the Gimme Money wheel will be $500 – with amounts of $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. In the case of all draws, the member drawn must be present to be eligible to collect their prize. If for some reason they are not present at the time of the draw, another member will be drawn, and so on until a member is present to collect their prize. In the case of all draws, if the member is present, they will be notified immediately. The winning results will not be published. The first draw will be held on March 5. FRIDAY NIGHT $1,000 MEMBERSHIP DRAW PROMOTION Terms and Conditions As at 05/01/07 The Friday Night $1,000 Membership Draw will be conducted by brothers Sports Club, Bundaberg, 130 Takalvan street. To be eligible, you must be a Brothers Just Rewards Member and have swiped your membership card through the kiosk located in Fortunes Gaming Lounge. Only one membership draw entry will be issued per day. Patrons will take this Membership Draw entry and place it into the barrel behind the kiosk at the entry to Fortunes Gaming Lounge. Every Friday night at 10pm, we will draw a members draw entry from the barrel. The member drawn will have the chance to claim $1,000 cash if they are in the club. They will be given 2 minutes to present themselves. If the member drawn is not present at Brothers Sports Club at the time of the draw, the prize of $1,000 will be split into 2 amounts of $500. Those two lots of $500 will be drawn until the amounts are claimed by patrons present in the club. In each occasion that a membership draw ticket is drawn, the winner will be given 2 minutes to present themselves at the central draw location. In the case of all draws, if the member is present, they will be notified immediately. The winning results will not be published. The first draw will be held on January 5th, and weekly on Fridays at 10pm thereafter. “FEATHER YOUR NEST” PROMOTION Terms and Conditions As at 08/03/07 The Feather Your Nest Promotion will be conducted by brothers Sports Club, Bundaberg, 130 Takalvan street. To be eligible, you must be a Brothers Just Rewards Member and be playing a gaming machine between 12pm and 2pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Patrons will go into the draw for Feather your Nest by playing a machine with their membership card inserted in the machine. Every $2 win gives them an entry into the draws. Feather Your Nest draws will be held between 12.40 and 2pm with random draws out of the barrel until all 30 prizes on the “Feather Your Nest Board” have been given away. The 30 prizes on the board consist of the following ...10 x single frozen chooks, 10 x double (2) frozen chooks, 9 x bacon and egg packs and 1 x $50 chicken feed. In the case of all draws, the member drawn must be present to be eligible to collect their prize. If for some reason they are not present at the time of the draw, another member will be drawn, and so on until a member is present to collect their prize. In the case of all draws, if the member is present, they will be notified immediately. The winning results will not be published. The first draw will be held on March 08. Brother’s Sports Club Bundaberg reserves the right to change the terms and conditions during the draws without publication. ...................................... “SPINNA WINNA” PROMOTION Terms and Conditions As at 09/03/07 The Spinna Winna Promotion will be conducted by brothers Sports Club, Bundaberg, 130 Takalvan street. To be eligible, you must be a Brothers Member, guest of a member, or bonifide visitor – and have brought Spinna Winna tickets on the night of the draw There will be 60 prizes in all, and three chances to spin the Spinna Winna wheel between 7pm and 8.30pm in the International Bar. Note – these draws will not be heard outside of the international bar and fortunes gaming lounge, but patrons will be given the chance to see the unclaimed numbers board in between each round of Spinna Winna draws, in all areas of the club. Tickets are on sale from 5.30 and from 7.30pm,. we use the random number generator to pick numbers within the range of tickets sold. Each prize laid out on the Spinna Winna racks will be drawn in order, 20 at a time. At the end of each 20 draws, we will give someone the chance to spin the “Spinna Winna Wheel” The wheel will contain cash amounts as follows.... 1 x $1,000 5 x $500 5 x $300 12 x $200 15 x $100 7 x $150 5 x $50 The pattern of 20 draws and a Spinna Winna draws continues until all 60 prizes are drawn and all 3 Spinna Winna wheel spins have been drawn.
In the case of all draws, if a person drawn is not present to collect their prize, the ticket number drawn is added to the “unclaimed numbers board”. At the end of each round of Spinna Winna draws, that board is taken around to all areas of Brothers Sports Club to find the ticket holders. In the case where prizes are not claimed, those prizes will be redrawn prior to the next round of Spinna Winna draws. In the case of the “Spinna Winna Wheel” draw winner not being present – an announcement will be made through the club with the ticket. That person will be given 2 minutes to make it to the Spinna Winna wheel before a re-draw is done. The winning results will not be published. The first draw will be held on March 09.
